iHaul Local is designed to provide technology advantage to Truckers and Shippers, assisting shippers to track the Vehicles, receive POD, receive regular trip updates via SMS and eBill, and all these without having to use an App!

With Technology competence, the local & independent truckers can not only provide efficient and reliable services to their customers, but also confidently compete with the Aggregators in the market.

Shippers will now have confidence on their regular truckers and support the local community and Go Local!

How it Works


iHaul Local provides a subscription service that allows our registered truckers/drivers to access tracking & trip execution features on their mobile devices.
These Terms of Use govern your use of our service. As used in these Terms of Use, iHaul Local Service means the service provided by iHaul for executing trips on our App, including all features and functionalities, and user interfaces, as well as all content and software associated with our service.

Your iHaul Local membership will continue until terminated. To use the iHaul Local service you must have Internet access and the App installed on your smark phone, and provide us with one or more Payment Methods. The payment against the subscription is accepted in one of the method of payment, and which may include payment through your account with a third party payment gateway. There are no auto-renewal in our service, hence you pay and subscribe for the period as decided by you.
We offer a number of subscription plans, including special promotional plans or referal plans. Some subscription plans may have differing conditions and limitations, which is listed in the Subscription plans mentioned in the next section. The validity, status of the Subscription will be available under Subscriptions option in the App.

Free Trials
Your iHaul Local Subscription may start with a free trial. The duration of the free trial period of your subscription will be specified during sign-up and is intended to allow new members and certain former members to try the service.
Free trial eligibility is determined by iHaul at its sole discretion and we may limit eligibility or duration to prevent free trial abuse. We reserve the right to revoke the free trial. The free trials are generally offered only for the first time users. We may use information such as device ID, Vehicle Number or Mobile Number used with an existing or recent iHaul Local Account to determine eligibility. For combinations with other offers, restrictions may apply.
It is your discretion to renew the Subscription prior to the end of the free trial period.

Payments & Cancellation
Subscription Period: The Subscription fee for the iHaul Local service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes, will be charged at the time of Subscription renewal manually. The length of your Subscription cycle will depend on the type of subscription that you choose. The number of days mentioned in the Subscription plans are based on calander days, and any holidays, weekends, lockdowns, Bandhs will not be discounted. Visit Subscription option on your App to see your present Subscription validity date.

Payment Methods: To use the ihaul Local service you must pay using one or more Payment Methods. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, your access to the service until we be barred, until you have successfully charged your account. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.

Upgrade: If you wish to upgrade or downgrade your Subscription plan, you need to do so only after expiry after the present Plan. If you opt for any other Plans while the Subscription is still valid, the new plan will be effective only after the expiry of the present plan. Any additional Subscription you have made will automatically be activated after the expiry of the present plan and the plan period will be utilized starting from the day of expiry of previous plan.

Cancellation: We do not have any cancellation option as the maximum period of subscription is for One month, and you will continue to have access to the iHaul Local service through the end of your Subscrption period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial Subscription or for the unused period.

This Privacy Statement explains our practices, including your choices, regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of certain information, including your personal information, by iHaul Logistics Solution Pvt Ltd. in connection with the iHaul Local service.

Collection of Information: We receive and store information about you such as: your name, postal code, address, your mobile number, payment methods, vehicle number, vehicle model, vehicle make, vehicle capacity. We also capture and store trip information fed by you including the pickup location, drop location, KMs run, trip times, trip amount, POD document, re-fuelling details, customer name & customer contact number.

Use of Information: We use information to provide, analyze, administer, enhance and personalize our services to process your registration, your trips and your payments, and to communicate with you and you customers to enable you with the services your subscribed for. As the primary objective of our service, we use these information to compile and send appropriate and timely SMS alerts to your customers.

Disclosure of Information: We disclose the minimum required information with our service providers to fulfil the SMS delivery functionality via their APIs.

We use reasonable administrative, logical, physical and managerial measures to safeguard your personal information against loss, theft and unauthorized access, use and modification. These measures are designed to provide a level of security appropriate to the risks of processing your personal information.
